Di seguito riportiamo uno studio di fattibilità per la riorganizzazione funzionale delle strutture esistenti della Villa Alessandri.

Il progetto é da intendersi come strumento di presentazione dell'immobile ed utile ad illustrare una possibile utilizzazione nel settore turistico ricettivo o residenziale.

E' importante ricordare che sono possibili ampliamenti delle strutture esistenti purchè eseguite nel pieno rispetto dell'immobile, dell'intorno ambientale e di comune accordo con le istituzioni pubbliche.

The proposal involves the creation of a tourist accomodation with rooms, suites and small RTA, in the total number of about 50 units all located between the sixteenth-century Villa and the nineteenth-century Villa, including the areas of reconstruction with restaurant, Healt Center, Auditorium.

The agricoltural building across the street is itended to Study Center, Museum, Meetings, Stages, etc.....
